Assets, such as images, files and galleries warrant specific explanation with regards to LabelEd's multi-language support.
Unlike items such as products and articles, assets support load by default functionality. This means that if you attempt to view an article in a language for which no content exists, the item will fail to load and will most likely result in a 404 not found error, as you would expect.
Assets, however, are more often than not, intended to be the same across multiple languages.
This means that an asset will always load it's content in the default language for your site, unless you have specifically saved different content in another language, in which case that content will be used instead.
