Product stock can be managed in LabelEd in two main ways. On a product level or on a combination level.
When creating a base product, you will be able to enter a numeric value to indicate the quantity of stock for that item.
In addition, if your product has a number of variation combinations then you can choose to manage your stock on that level instead.
To do this, first add your variations, such as colours and sizes to your item, then press the "Show combinations" button to slide down the combinations panel.
Tick the box at the top labelled "Control stock for individual combinations" (this will deactivate the stock field on the base product), then enter your stock levels for each of the combinations. If you wish, you can also untick the box in the "Available" column for one or more combinations, which will stop those particular combinations from being purchased.
