Galleries can be managed in much the same way as other assets such as images or files, the difference being that galleries combine a number of different images into one large asset.

The inline gallery manager

The inline gallery manager, seen in the image to the right, works very similarly to the inline image and files manager.

Click any of the slots to create a thumbnail for your gallery, give it a name and fill it with as many images as you need.

The gallery management section

The gallery management section of the admin allows you to manage your gallery like an ordinary item. It is here that you can also manage revisions and multiple languaged versions of your galleries.
